ATEP SBAT Community program saves the day at Langwarrin CC – Community Garden!

“…students from EMC have been amazing, due to their hard work we will be ready for our Open Day of the Community Garden at the Centre”

Sam Rowley, Manager, Langwarrin Community Centre had this glowing report on work achieved at the centre this month by our students undertaking a Certificate 2 in Parks & Gardens at Elisabeth Murdoch College.

” Hi Tim and Melanie,

I just wanted to let you both know that Nicole and the SBAT Horticulture students from EMC have been amazing, due to their hard work we will be ready for our Open Day of the Community Garden at the Centre.

Nicole has been a pleasure to work with, her direction and supervision of the students has been incredible, and nothing I requested was ever too much trouble.

We have been really impressed by the work ethic, courtesy and respect that the group has shown the Centre staff and clients.

We would be more than happy to offer future projects or recommend Nicole and the students for other community projects.

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Nicole and the students, it has a delight to meet them all.

Special thanks to Advance Community College and ATEP for loaning us this talented group of SBAT Students and their awesome teacher.

Kind regards,                                                                                                                                                Sam Rowley                                                                                                                                                 Manager
