ATEP employs trainees and then places them with you for as long as you need them. We take care of everything, from the weekly payment of wages, allowances, taxes, superannuation, workers compensation, TAFE enrolments, to ongoing performance management, OH&S assistance and coordination of performance management procedures.
As ATEP is the legal employer of the trainee our after placement services are available throughout the duration of the Traineeship or Host Employer placement.
