With the ATEP employment service you get all the advantages of pre tested, carefully selected trainees without having to take on all the “legal employer” responsibilities including costly advertising, lengthy recruitment processes and hassle of ongoing employment related paperwork, coordination of TAFE training and payroll / work cover claim administration.
ATEP employs trainees and then places them with you for as long as you need them. We take care of everything, from the weekly payment of wages, allowances, taxes, superannuation, workers compensation, TAFE enrolments, work uniform allowance to ongoing performance management, OH&S assistance and coordination of performance management procedures.
As ATEP is the legal employer of the Trainee our after placement services are available throughout the duration of the Australian Traineeship or Host Employer placement.
