Becoming an ATEP Host Employer of Apprentices

With the ATEP employment service you get all the advantages of pre tested, carefully selected apprentices without having to take on all the “legal employer” responsibilities including costly advertising, lengthy recruitment processes and hassle of ongoing employment related paperwork, coordination of TAFE training and payroll / work cover claim administration.

ATEP employs apprentices and then places them with you for as long as you need them. We take care of everything, from the weekly payment of wages, allowances, taxes, superannuation, workers compensation, TAFE enrolments, personal protective equipment, to ongoing performance management, OH&S assistance and coordination of performance management procedures.

As ATEP is the legal employer of the apprentice our after placement services are available throughout the duration of the Australian Apprenticeship or Host Employer placement.
